Today we are seeing that many people make mistakes a lot. Even some people get tired or feel ashamed for making mistake and I will say to them that, it is the main problem of your failure because making a lot of mistakes is the right of your but feeling ashamed is not the right of yours. Even whenever we see the extraordinary peoples Biography then we see that they had made a couple of mistakes in a day and if we calculate the total number of mistakes of these people, it will be around 1 or 2 million. After doing a work couple of times they Correct their faults. So we have to be patient and feel comfortable to make mistakes and it will be repaired someday, okay. Now many people will tell me I have seen many people who always make mistakes and never do that work again and if we told them to do the work again they just pass the work, it's true but you have to keep in your mind that whether the man or woman likes or dislikes your work if they like your work it will never happen or if they do not like your work, it will always a common thing. So it is your decision to select the correct person for the work who actually likes the work. Because you know and we all know that if we like or love anything then we try our best to get the thing and doing the best we achieve the thing. Now you can easily assume that it is true for those people who are working for you.so you have to choose those people who mainly likes your work. Nowadays all profit of your business mainly depends on the hard work of your staff that's why I said that. So, remember that making mistake without learning is also bad for you because without any knowledge how can you start your work and how can you do the work, so whenever you start your work without learning the work policy then it is common to you to make mistakes and it will not recover by making mistakes several times. So, first of all, you need to learn a thing which you will do and if you know the exact knowledge why are you making the knowledge then making only several times of mistakes you can recover yourself easily and there are a few chances for you to make mistakes again and if you luck is good then you will be good at the work easier than others. So never give up, try your best in your work and it will help you. Nowadays in the modern era where we are surrounded with the technology, the teenagers are completely Odiare the mistakes but we have to always remember that mistakes are our friends and we have walked with it in the whole the life. Now I am going to tell you a story that  We all know that Bill Gates is the richest person in the world and many think that he never do any mistakes that's why he becomes the riches person but it is not true. He did many mistakes but by doing mistakes he learned manything from the mistakes and then he worked again and become the richest person. Some days ago in the press conference, Bill gates say that he made a big mistake in his life but learning a lot from this he comes again with his power. So we can give many examples of those famous people but we have to remind that what we are doing? Are you keep our mistakes in our back because of our afraidness and pass the work then you need to change your motive to shine in your life. Remember this and always be with your work and never give up your hope unless your success in this but I recommend you all to do work, again and again, and please take some break just like one hour or one day or two days because it will give you more energy to come back but never give up it forever, it will bad for you and it takes you at the last position of the society.
